Shipping policy
This policy explains how and when we deliver your order. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions of Sale.
Where we deliver
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
Dispatch and delivery times
- You'll always see the expected delivery time for each size before you order.
- Items in our UK warehouse typically arrive in 2–4 days.
- Items sourced directly from the Joma factory typically arrive in 7–10 days.
- Where an order combines UK-stock and factory-sourced items, we hold and ship it together in a single delivery once everything is ready, rather than splitting it.
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and time is not of the essence. If something is significantly delayed, we'll keep you informed.
Delivery charges
- Delivery charges are shown before you complete your order.
- Free UK delivery on orders over £150. Any delivery charge for smaller orders is shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking and receiving your order
- We'll email you a dispatch confirmation, with tracking where available.
- Your order is your responsibility once it's delivered to the address you gave us. Risk passes to you on delivery; ownership passes once we've received payment in full.
- Please give a full, correct delivery address — we can't be responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address.
Problems with delivery
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, or arrives damaged, contact us at hello@espanasport.uk and we'll put it right. Faulty or incorrect items are covered under our Returns & Refunds policy.
